Maintenance Strategies Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals skilled in the Mechanical and/or Electrical trades with predictive maintenance ambitions. Maintenance Strategies Inc. will provide training which could include collecting and analyzing PDM diagnostic data. Technology training and job tasks could include Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing/Leak Detection and Electric System/Motor diagnostics.
Requirements include excellent communication skills, an understanding of maintenance processes, and a customer-oriented and flexible attitude. High level of abstractive capacity and good verbal and written skills are prized.
