AWARD WINNING Bethesda based design/build firm is seeking skilled Lead Craftsman to take on a wide range of carpentry, remodeling, and supervision tasks; for large and small remodeling projects.
Total dedication to the highest quality craftsmanship and professional customer service is required.
The right person will have the following qualifications:
- Extensive home improvement experience
- Have own tools and reliable transportation
- Eye for true craftsman quality
- Present professional image to the customer
- Able to read and write English well
- Able to read blueprints
- Have great attitude and hunger to grow with our company
Your duties will include:
- General carpentry: rough framing to finish/trim, remodeling
- Management: including subcontractors and other carpentry staff
- Managing material procurement needs with Project Managers
- Providing our clients with a concierge level of service
