OC CONDO FOR RENT - 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, Ocean Block
Weekly rentals $850 from Sunday 12:00 to the following Sunday 12:00noon.
Except for the week of July 4th which is $950
Weekend rentals $150/night (Friday, Saturday).

The condo can accommodate 4 adults comfortably with a maximum limit of 4 adults and 2 children. It is furnished with a TV, VCR, alarm clock radio, washer, dryer, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, mixer, dishes, glasses, flatware, pots & pans, and other kitchen utensils. There are also beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella, which you are more than welcome to use during your stay. You will be responsible for replacing any broken or missing items.
Please note that a telephone is NOT provided in the condo.
As a renter, you are required to replenish paper towels and toilet paper as you use them. The condo is furnished with one king size bed and 2 full size pullout sofas. You are required to bring you own sheets and towels, please do not use any linens that are left in the condo. We ask that you clean and vacuum the condo before you leave for the next renter, as there is NO maid service . This means that the bathroom must be scrubbed and mopped, living room dusted and vacuumed through out the condo, refrigerator cleaned out and all trash removed from the condo. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum is provided for you.
We do not permit pets or smoking inside the condo.
