Mentor Needed, To help With A Business Plan (North Bethesda)

I want to open a business in the near future and would like a mentor to help guide me in the right direction. I am very business minded and have helped manage a business for 17 years. I now want to move forward on my own with a commercial painting company. It seems that for anyone else I know the answers, for myself I am nervous.
