Woodbourne Solutions is looking for an experienced developer to work on client projects, primarily focusing on our clients at the National Institutes of Health. All work is currently done at our location in Germantown. The ideal candidate will have experience at integrating or enhancing COTS products in addition to heads-down development.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
• Experience implementing workflow solutions, either in COTS packages (Teamworks, BizFlow, Documentum) or custom code
• Experience implementing report models and reports using SSRS
• Experience with developing database driven applications in ASP.NET using C#
• Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• MS SQL Database design, Transact-SQL programming, ADO.NET
• Oracle SQL and Procedures/Packages
• Experienced with Visual Studio .NET, MS Visio, VSS or TFS
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle standards
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Four years experience as a software/web developer, including two years experience developing ASP.NET application using C#
• Ideal candidate would have experience developing Drupal, ColdFusion, SharePoint, or TeamWorks applications in addition to C#
• Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
• MCSE/MCSD certification preferred
The successful candidate must be able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast paced team environment and must be able to organize her/her work load. The candidate should be comfortable performing analysis tasks in the course of completing an assignment, as well as developing documentation as needed.
