HWB has an opening for a financial analyst with a strong IT background. This individual will be responsible for:
• Performing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general bookkeeping, financial reports, and bank statement reconciliation in QuickBooks
• General ledger maintenance
• Monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting
• Reconciliation of Quickbooks against eoStar (route management, order processing, and inventory software)
• Work with company’s accountants to ensure accuracy of all financial information, prepare for tax filings, and other activities
• Work on other tasks deemed necessary by Managers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Intermediate experience with Quickbooks
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience in wholesale trade preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• 21+ years of age
Compensation
• Starting salary $40,000.
