The Tauri Group is currently searching for an Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Accountant.
Responsibilities:
-Perform Administrator duties for the company’s electronic timesheet package
-Monitor and review timesheets to ensure proper charging
-Review accuracy of billing information and generate approximately 60 invoices per month in accordance with contract terms
-Interface with the contracts staff
-Review and process subcontractor invoices for billing and payment
-Generate the Accounts Receivable Aging report
-Monitor Accounts Receivable Aging and communicate issues to management
-Act as point of contact for billing issues, ensuring resolution of issues and discrepancies
-Accrue, track and monitor unbilled receivables and provide monthly report to management
-Maintain and update contract invoicing files
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Excellent organizational skills
-Highly motivated
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ability to consistently meet deadlines
-High attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
-WAWF experience preferred
-2-4 years accounting experience
-Accounting degree preferred
