Established, light manufacturing company in Northern Virginia seeks Controller. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years varied accounting experience and should have confident knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, tax formulations and other general accounting duties. This position oversees the entire department and all of its functions. A CPA is preferred but not necessary.

We are looking for a well-rounded person with excellent people skills. The position is very hands on and experience with Microsoft Excel and other various accounting software is vital. We are currently using an older accounting system and we are looking to upgrade. The Controller will have a lot of input in this decision so IT experience is a plus.
