Enterprise Information Services (EIS) is currently seeking an Accountant with Deltek Costpoint experience to join our team! Please see below for more information.
Job Description:
•Preparation of Costpoint invoices.
•Review and maintain contract files, tracking termination dates, contract modifications, option year rate changes and other contractual terms and conditions
•Costpoint implementation and maintenance.
•Assist in the timely preparation of monthly financial statements, and to back up the Accounting Supervisor function and role.
•Other duties as required.
Application/Software Requirements:
• At least 1+ year of Costpoint experience
•Strong Excel skills
•Microsoft Word
•Working knowledge and familiarity with email, PDF, and other office applications.
Hardware/Peripheral Requirements:
•Working knowledge and understanding of computers, fax machines, copiers, scanners.
Other Requirements:
•Excellent understanding and knowledge of government contracts and procedures.
•Must be detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy
•Must be able to communicate effectively in English, verbal and written.
•Excellent attendance record
•Excellent office and work habits, including serious attention to duties and accomplishment of tasks.
