Purchasing Coordinator responsibilities include:<br>
	Maintain excellent internal relationships with Project Managers (PMs) and our external vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.<br>
	Create purchase orders for equipment, placing those orders with established vendors.<br>
	Arrange and track all equipment shipments<br>
	Ability to work closely with the Accounts Payable Department to track and ensure the receipt of proper credits for all returned merchandise.<br>
	Monitor and maintain parts lists, setting up new vendors, and performing market analysis, catalog and pricing review for equipment.<br>
	Other duties as assigned.<br>

Requirements:<br>
Position requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent along with two years of experience in the procurement field. Principal Duties:<br>

The Staff Accountant position reports directly to the Company Controller and is located in Reston, VA.<br>
<br>
Duties and responsibilities:<br>
<br>
Assist in monthly financial statement close process <br>
Work on Indirect rates and submission of indirect rates in a Government Contracting Environment <br>
Incurred Cost Submissions <br>
FAR and DFAR Compliance Work <br>
Must have strong knowledge of DCAA regulations <br>
Contract Close Out <br>
Unbilled <br>
Responsible for monthly recurring and adjusting journal entries <br>
Ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely, and analyzing and reviewing financial statements <br>
Preparation of account reconciliations and balance sheet accounts <br>
Assist in the implementation of changes in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) <br>
Provide support to other accounting staff as needed <br>
Interacts with external auditors <br>
Qualifications:<br>
<br>
BS degree in Accounting, CPA preferred <br>
5-7 years of hands on experience in a Government Contracting environment <br>
Strong computer skills specifically Excel <br>
Deltek fluency preferred <br>
Intangibles:  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently and take initiative. <br>
