This is the CD (software) that you will need for PED 116 (ELI/online). The description on the NVCC bookstore website says "Personal Trainer & Packet Compyourcize", what they give you is a CD and one sheet with the class instructions. You really don't need the class instructions because you will find it in Blackboard anyways.
