Commercial Property Manager
A.J. Dwoskin & Associates Inc., a Northern Virginia Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to be responsible for the daily operation of our commercial properties which include shopping centers and small office space.
Primary responsibilities include staff management, contractor and vendor management, maintaining high level of customer service to tenants, timely and cost effective execution of maintenance items, maintaining shopping center conditions according to governing codes, liability management, and financial management.
Requirements include a college degree, commercial property management experience at the management level including personnel management responsibilities, experience in retail shopping center management, good written and verbal communication skills, solid decision making and problem solving ability and excellent tenant and employee relations skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
The position is located at our corporate office in Fairfax, Virginia. Frequent visits to our Commercial properties, located in Northern Virginia, is required so candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
