Job Description
Position: Experienced project manager familiar with commercial construction and metal (can be structural or miscellaneous). South Anna Stair and Rail is a miscellaneous metal subcontractor on the east coast (Virginia). Clients are located throughout the east coast, and we are always looking to expand.

Skills:
Potential applicant should be comfortable with strict time constraints, large workload, and fast pace activity. Definitely needs to have a "get the job done attitude" whilst being mindful of budgetary constraints. Being knowledgeable in the miscellaneous metal (division 5500, mainly) is important; however, excelling at managerial skills is vital.

Strategic planning
Delegate and orient foreman/supervisors to up coming and current jobs
Budgeting
Cost forecasting of current job progress
Experience is beneficial, whether it is OTJ or academic. Minimum education is a Bachelors. If you are graduating in December, we will also entertain these candidates well
