Proposal Manager requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business and/or Engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to work within a defined process, driving organizational efficiency
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and problem solve in stressful situations
• Understanding of various bid and proposal components (e.g., legal, sales, services, technical and financial aspects) and how they impact each other
• Team player with strong ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues
• U.S. citizenship
• Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Must be able to work flexible hours as self determined or requested by immediate supervision
• Must be able to travel.
Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Candidate must possess outstanding communication skills (written and oral); including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project software packages. Must have a working knowledge of various types of government contracts, GSA and FAR.
