Rhythmic Gymnastics is a girl Olympic Sport. It combines dance with five hand held apparatus Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs and Ribbon, Athletes Perform routines with music. It improves strength, flexibility, expression; self esteems…….and fun. age 4 and up
Coach Yan Wu once was a National Rhythmic Gymnastics Champion in China. She also has had 18 years of teaching experience. She has trained many of state champions and national competitors
