Lawyer/Attorney needed. Single Mother needs to file case in Circuit Court - Injunction (not matrimonial!) Troubling neighbor persists - local jurisdiction may also be served....they have allowed this toxin to continue! Can not file pleadings in Circuit court without proper counsel - my file is concise, ready to file Yesterday! Will not take up your valuable time with B.S. Please - don't ask me for $2500/$5000 retainer - not destitute but not able to do that! I've had the run-around already!
