We're a small DC area start up firm with seed capital to build a web 2.0 consumer application. The platform is Ruby on Rails and some of the work has already been completed. If you have experience with it and can send me some links, that would be great. Budget is $7K which includes $2.5K that has already been spent. So about $4.5K left in the budget to complete the beta version.
