Our small office is getting ready to be approved to have DOD certified to have classified information on board. One of their requirements are that we need to log each phone call that an employee makes into a tool. Each employee will give the manager their most called phone numbers for example (wife, home, boss phone, vendor etc); but any other outgoing phone calls from our employees need to be logged.

What we need is a team to create an APP similar to AIM chat, or FACEBOOK chat that can run in the background of our windows pc and when a outgoing call is made, user can input NAME, Phone number of Outgoing call, and a free text field for the PURPOSE of the call. So if I am an employee and I need to make a call, I need to be able to quickly launch the APP from the quick task menu and input this information. Then the app should copy that information to a centralized database that can be used later to export into a spreadsheet.

If you are a developer let me know of any other ideas and pricing on how much will this cost; and also TURNAROUND TIME!
