I want to create a WordPress Blog that can link to PayPal through the site. I want users to be able to go to the site, make a small purchase through PayPal. Next they will choose from a variety of virtual gift items and send one via email from the blog--similar to the FaceBook feature where someone can send a beer to a friend. Prefer someone local; but I'm flexible.
