We are looking for a local PM to help us to launch a unique crowdsourcing company. We finished most of the development work and we customized and utilized open source sources in PHP. Currently, we are integrating of all applications to provide SaaS (Software as a Service); all tied together with single-sign-on (SSO) authentication.

As for specific technical skills: PHP and MySQL are crucial. Strong database scaling experience and familiarity with Amazon Web Services a huge plus. Demonstrated ability to apply Web development best practices with respect to scalability, security, usability, load-time, and basic search engine optimization is also important. The PM will make substantive contributions to the development process beyond simply managing it. He or she will also be deeply involved in product strategy, feature prioritization and business strategy.

Start-up experience and serial entrepreneurship are highly desired
Computer science degree is preferred.
