If you are energetic individual, interested in joining a start-up team, on a part time basis and explore the great possibilities, please continue....

Few of us are working in the federal government contracting space for a while, as consultants/contractors... Based on our market research and experience, we see a great potential for a software product, that supports government contract life cycle to the contracting companies. We have a clear vision about this business at this stage. But we don't have any funding, office space or infrastructure ready yet. We just have few friends, who are working together, after office hours, to make this vision into a reality. In other words, we can't pay any money/salary for the near future, but we promise to share the rewards later. We are looking for people who are willing to take risk and work with us on future profit sharing (when we succeed) model....

To make this vision into a reality, we need a ‘BUSINESS ANALYST’ with following skills:
1) Federal government contracting domain experience and insights into the contract life cycle
2) Experience in articulating federal business development cycle (marketing, capture plan & proposal development)
3) Delivery Management exposure, including contracts & subcontracts management, project management and tracking, reporting….
4) Very good analytical and elicitation skills to document/articulate business ideas to technical people and participate in software development life cycle

We are looking for a seasoned person with industry experience with federal contracting companies. Ideally you have a full time job (for living) around DC area and will work with us on weekends/after hours (6 to 8 hours a week) and are willing share this challenge/risk to take this idea further. We work remotely (virtual) on the cloud infrastructure and meet once a week.
