Duties:
-Answer inbound calls generated from our marketing efforts
-Communicate effectively to collect information from the customer and input the data into an events management program.
-Coordinate various components of training events, such as vendor management, placing book orders and shipping materials
-Record detailed information without errors
-Transfer calls
-Some clerical and administrative functions.
-Provide excellent customer service in a friendly helpful way.
-Track program certification details
Requirements:
-Ability to type 30 wpm with excellent accuracy
-MUST have customer service experience
-Bachelor’s Degree minimum
-Punctuality and Great Attendance is a MUST
-Clear and professional speaking voice
-Attention to detail, strong writing skills and organizational skills
-Problem solving skills
-Leadership skills
-Ability to work with MS Office Programs, such as Word, Outlook and Excel
-Ability to work with a culturally diverse clientele
