REQUISITES INCLUDE:
- Must have customer service experience
-Answer inbound calls/
- Clear and professional speaking voice
- Punctuality and Excellent Attendance is a MUST
- Provide EXCELLENT customer service in a friendly helpful way
- Communicate effectively to collect information from client and input into system
- Knowledge of Lotus helpful- (willing to train right person )
- Ability to work with a culturally diversed clientele
- Knowledge of home repairs and light remodeling a plus
