Responsibility
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting guests, answering phones, and responding to email inquires.
• Touring prospects, processing applications, and completing lease files.
• Handle residents service request and general questions.
• General office operations and duties relating to the property operation.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will be dependable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, meeting new people, has a warm and friendly personality, and a great attitude. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who possesses strong customer service, sales, computer, and phone skills. Previous property management experience is a plus, but experience is not a requirement. A high-school degree or GED is also required.
