Summary of Position
The principal responsibility of this position is the management of international relocation programs for transferring employees (assignees) as well as assignment management support for Destination Services Consultants (Independent Contractors who work one on one with the assignees). The manager will serve as a liaison between Dwellworks and the client company. This position requires a resourceful individual capable of planning and organizing people and data to ensure reliable service delivery within corporate policy and budget. Personal international living experience is preferred.

Position Responsibilities
•Coordination of all aspects of International Destination Services including but not limited to orientation, home finding, settling in, education, and departure services
•Serve as subject matter expert on relocation programs and processes
•Effectively problem solve to assist consultant with assignee issues
•Manage caseload of relocation files, auditing consultant communication regularly to ensure exceptional customer service is being provided
•Develop relationships with partners and vendors who provide associated relocation and support services
•Establish a positive rapport with team members and work collaboratively to achieve corporate goals
•Complete detailed data entry, billing paperwork, and client-specific reporting

Position Qualifications
•Education- Bachelors degree in a business related field
•Number of Years of Experience- 1-5 years in an office environment
•Experiences Required- Team player able to use creative skills to develop and implement new programs and services. Detail-oriented, customer-driven individual with organizational skills. Able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed without supervision
•Other Skills and Abilities- Competent in Microsoft Office and internet research. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Client interaction experience. Understanding of cultural differences and experience working with people from various cultures
