Job Description
We are seeking individuals to fill multiple positions in our McLean Virginia office. These positions will be in support of a contract with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Abilities
Understand problems quickly
Diffuse tension to ensure customer satisfaction
Learn and adapt to web based systems
Process incoming customer requests in a courteous manner
Solve technical problems with minimal supervision
Work well with others within a team environment
Take excellent notes and document customer contacts quickly
Take payment information, and execute online transactions with sensitive information
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or related work experience
Outstanding communications and public relations skills
Minimum of two years job related experience
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to pass a thorough background screening
Knowledge of windows applications preferred
Bilingual support also preferred
