Job Description
We are seeking individuals to fill two positions in the Washington DC area. These positions will be in support of a contract with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). A successful applicant must be able to supervise front line customer service reps, as well as assist with various office/organizational tasks.
Abilities
Coach and develop team members
Generate reports and summary information for review
Train and motivate team members
Self-Starter work under minimal supervision
Understand problems quickly
Learn and adapt to web based systems
Process incoming customer requests in a courteous manner
Solve technical problems with minimal supervision
Work well with others within a team environment
Take excellent notes and document customer contacts quickly
Take payment information, and execute online transactions with sensitive information
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or related work experience
Outstanding communications and public relations skills
Minimum of two years job related experience
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to pass a thorough background screening
Previous management experience preferred
Bilingual support also preferred
