We are a warm, professional family in Dominion Valley (Haymarket, VA) looking for a live-in or live-out nanny/housekeeper to start December 8th. Our son will be 3 ½ months by that time and is a very sweet boy. I will be working from home full time and will need to have someone at our home from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday to primarily care for and play with him and do some housekeeping.

Employment Guidelines:
1. Can commit to 12 months working within the established schedule.
2. Can provide own transportation
3. Willing to perform simple household tasks as outlined below, especially when David is sleeping.
4. Will notify us at least two weeks before taking vacation/planned time off
5. Will provide four weeks notice if leaving babysitting position permanently
6. Can provide proof of US citizenship or legal residency
7. Childcare certification a plus
Household Tasks:
1. Maintain tidiness of home. Put toys, play materials, and food away
2. Family laundry
3. Basic meal preparation-particularly for David
4. Load/Unload dishwasher
5. Occasional walks for the family dog, a friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
6. Miscellaneous household tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, etc.
