Bach to Rock ("B2R"), America's Music School, is seeking energetic, dependable and committed individuals with a background in music and/or music education to teach private and/or semi-private guitar, bass and/or drums lessons.
We are also seeking teachers to provide band coaching to small rock/pop ensembles for the purposes of live performance and recordings.
The applicant:
- Must demonstrate an understanding of music concepts and be able to communicate those concepts to students
- Must play one or more musical instruments proficiently
- Must demonstrate the ability to run sound equipment
- Must participate in a teaching demonstration as part of the interview process
Teaching certificate, music degree(s), and/or extensive music experience preferred; those who are currently enrolled in a music degree program and/or with work experience will also be considered.
