The Southbridge Swim Team is looking for several coaches for the 2010 summer season:
Head Coach
Age Group Lead Coaches
Assistant Coaches
Developmental Team Coaches
All coaches should possess current lifeguard and ASCA level 1 certifications (ASCA level 2 is preferred), First Aid, and CPR. WSI a bonus. Prior coaching experience desired. Ability to make good decisions and exercise mature judgment. Demonstrated knowledge of sound competitive swimming skills, and the ability to implement and teach these skills in a positive, healthy manner. Ability to effectively communicate information on fitness, aquatics to members and participants.
