Antique dining table (with no chairs) in really good condition (no breaks, cracks, or veneer seperations). Not sure of the kind of wood it is made of. It measures 59"L X 44"W X 28 1/2"H. I'm the second owner. The first owner indicate it belonged to their grandfather, and that it had been in their family since the 1870s. There are no identifying marks or labels on the table.

The solid wooden futon frame is 3 years old and in great condition. It looks like it would fit a full sized mattress on it. It folds down a bit to move and should fit in the back of an over-sized car or a small SUV, and definitely will fit in the back of a pickup truck. The frame was originally over $200 and I still have the original instructions to take it apart if you would like those as well. I am asking $50 OBO and you must pick up the frame yourself. No delivery. The new owner must pick up the piece by Sunday July 27th.

End table was in its prime a great piece. It is made out of solid wood and doesn�t have any scratches. When I had movers move it previously they did break the drawer on the bottom of the piece, however it still fits in the slot; it just needs some TLC and someone with a little skill (at least more than I have) to fix. The table was originally purchased for a few hundred dollars. I don�t have room for it in my new apartment and am asking $25 OBO for it. You must come and pickup the table. The new owner must be able to pick up the piece by this Sunday, July 27th.
