I am looking for a clean and safe place to live with my two little girls. If it's in the Daniel's Run school district, so much the better, or we lose our spot on the SACC system for my rising kindergartner. I also have an infant.
I make a very good living, am an educated professional with excellent references, am extremely clean and quiet, don't smoke, no partying, no boyfriends. Good credit. Would like to bring one cat but not a deal breaker. With a FT job and two little kids in FT daycare/school, I am very serious and focused. There will be no drama, damaged property or missed payments. You can come see my current home first if you like to get an idea of the kind of housekeeper I am. Unfortunately I have to leave our beautiful single family home due to the divorce - and $1400 is my rent budget while we get the divorce done.
