Single, quiet, clean, professional, non-smoking female with no pets, and excellent credit, seeks short-term (3 months maximum) housing for immediate occupation. I am looking to rent within a 8 mile radius of Fairfax, VA 22031. Furnished unit preferred, but willing to accept unfurnished if the price is right. I can pay a maximum of $1,700.00 a month for an all-inclusive unit or $1,450.00 if utilities are extra. No roommates please. Basement OK if furnished and willing to accept Month to Month term.
