SUMMARY

As the lead responsible for the Sales & Member Services Certification program, the Organizational Development Specialist (ODS) is the “face” of INPUT for the first two week of new Sales and Member Services associates’ employment. The ODS delivers INPUT certification training, coaches new employees, develops new curricula, and administers skills assessment. The ODS provides continuing education support for the Sales and Member Services organizations in the form of refresher training, presentation certification, new product training, and developing and maintaining sales support documentation.

The ODS supports INPUT Public Education by developing and maintaining On-Demand Training, Monthly Jump Start Training, and member training documentation.

In addition, the ODS develops and delivers INPUT sales education and materials for new INPUT channel partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A four year college degree from tier 1 school.
• Classroom and on-line training or software demonstration experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer and Internet skills including Microsoft Office, Internet research, Camtasia, On-line meeting software.
• Knowledge of the Public Sector marketplace, preferably in procurement, business development, or sales. INPUT experience a plus.
• Prior experience of marketing and/or market research in the IT industry and advantage.
• Excellent member and personal relationship skills; enthusiastic, hard working and pleasant attitude.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Plan and deliver certification training for all new sales and member services employees.
• Maintain existing certification/sales support materials and develop new materials/sessions as required.
• Plan and manage the quarterly presentation certification process, including scenario development, education, scheduling, and reporting.
• Schedule and deliver monthly Jump Start Trainings for new INPUT members.
• On Demand Training maintenance and development.
• Develop and deliver training modules in support of INPUT Channel Partner Education.
• Coordinate with sales and member services management to identify training opportunities for staff.
• Any other tasks as assigned
The Organizational Development Specialist must be familiar and comply with INPUT standards, practices and procedures.

COMPENSATION RANGE
• Structure: Base plus Company Performance-based Incentive Bonus
• Range: $55,000 - $70,000
