Located in Tysons Corner, we have an immediate, full-time opportunity available for a dynamic Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager must champion this effort and lead by example.

In addition, the HR Manager will need to provide leadership and coordination of all company Human Resources functions, including administration of recruiting, hiring and retention, records maintenance, legal compliance, compensation, employee benefits, refinement and administration of personnel policies, and the cultivation of long-term staffing strategies. Additional responsibilities include coordination of the performance management processes and guidance regarding employee relations issues.

This position will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer (who also serves as our Chief Mentor), and comes with the rare opportunity to grow both personally and professionally as we continue to expand.

QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree in applicable discipline preferred
• 2-5 years of Human Resources experience required
• Exceptional communication skills (e.g., verbal, listening, writing)
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective conflict management and coaching skills
• Solid understanding of employment law
• Acute sensitivity to working with highly confidential / private information
