Staffing Intern

This internship requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week with a structured schedule. This internship will afford the selected intern an opportunity to develop new skill sets in a phenomenal learning environment with a core focus on Pharmaceutical Staffing.
The Intern will be exposed to entry-level staffing activities, project management, procedural documentation, reporting, metrics analysis, and ATS management. This internship will require excellent communication skills, keen analysis, detail-orientation, a high level of engagement, and a high degree of consistent professionalism.
The Intern reports directly to senior management and provides high-level support to the entire Staffing team.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
•Monitor the flow of applicants and candidates using the Applicant tracking system (ATS).
•Partner with management and staffing team to develop innovative sourcing strategies and post jobs and process applicants.
•Assist with the coordination of external recruitment events.
•Assist in the development of reporting metrics and data analysis.
•Develop spreadsheet reports and other relevant communication pieces for the Staffing function.
•Provide support to consultants at various project sites.
•Monitor/audit the website to ensure consistency.
•Manage applicant and candidate inquiries to ensure a high level customer service.
•Perform other Staffing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•Undergraduate Senior or Graduate student currently enrolled in a Human Resources program, or a related field of study.
•Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced/deadline driven environment.
•Must possess the capacity and willingness to function in an ever evolving work environment.
•Must possess a high level of discretion and sensitivity to confidential information.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent organization and time management skills.
•Superior research and internet skills a plus.

Hours:
15-20 hours per week
