Experienced physician recruiter needed to staff new urgent care centers in Virginia. Nighttime Care Centers, the leader in urgent care medicine, is expanding into northern Virginia with multiple centers over the next several months. An excellent opportunity exists for a highly motivated healthcare recruiter with a successful track record in physician recruitment. Knowledge of the primary care physician marketplace in northern Virginia is highly desirable.
Must have 3+ years experience at a minimum in physician recruitment/relations.
Individual will manage full cycle recruitment of physicians and mid-level providers.
Recruitment ad placement, candidate phone screening, reference checking, arranging interviews, coordinating orientation for new providers.
Marketing Nighttime's new centers to local physician practices.
Nighttime's corporate office is in Crofton, Maryland. Candidate will come to Crofton for training and orientation. The option to telecommute is available.
