Officeteam, a division of Robert Half International, is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join it's fast-growing team in the Tyson's Corner, Va office. Job duties will include a high-volume of outbound phone calls to skilled job-candidates, conducting in-person interviews with job-candidates, reviewing client job-orders procured by sales professionals, and identifying the candidate(s) whose skills most closely match those required by client job-orders. This position requires a person who can work in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to multi-task, has strong organizational skills, is a team-player, and brings a positive attitude to the workplace everday. Previous experience in Retail, Human Resources/Recruiting and/or Customer-Service preferred.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, a strong desire to succeed and 2+ years’ staffing, administrative or related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
