Staff Recruiter and Retention Manager
Non-medical eldercare agency in Reston is looking for a dedicated and energetic self-starter to actively recruit Caregivers for the elderly. Our target Caregivers are compassionate and dependable people who want to make a difference. The Staff Recruiter must be able to locate potential Caregivers, recruit, interview, and check references. Also responsible for training and orientation, newsletter, Caregiver meetings, and client interaction. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls from clients and staff, assisting with scheduling and general office operation.
Knowledge of Fairfax and Loudoun counties helpful. Must be outgoing, organized and have good computer skills.
Convenient location and nice office near Toll Road in Reston. This is a full time job.
Starting salary $27,000- 30,000, with 4 weeks paid vacation and benefits
