We are seeking a General Employment Advisor to guide students in resume writing, interviewing skills and assisting students with job placement while attending college. The following skill sets are desirable:
Prior recruiting, staffing or placement experience
Ability to grow business relationships in the local community
Human Resource background is beneficial
Presentation skills – comfortable speaking and teaching to groups
External sales experience or interest is desired
Qualifications preferred for this position: Bachelors degree required. Ideal candidates will possess extraordinary interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to effectively communicate with students to help them achieve their educational goals.
