Are you a proactive and experienced benefits analyst? Our client, an internationally recognized company, currently has an opening for you to join their team as a Senior Benefits Analyst. This position requires you to:
• Manage benefits
• Act as liaison with outside plan administrator
• Design and implement training programs on benefits
• Perform trend analysis on participation rates
• Advise management on strategies to maximize employee satisfaction
• Work with vendors to determine best selections to make available to employees
• Maximize visibility for benefits during enrollment process
The ideal candidate will possess:
• At least 5 years of experience in a human resources position specifically working with benefits plans and transactions
• Keen eye for detail and high degree of proficiency
• Proactive attitude and great personality
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
