Guest Services, Inc., a leading force in food service and hospitality management industry, is in search of a creative and knowledgeable Learning Design Specialist. The qualified candidate will participate in the creation of training and development materials, initiatives, and programs, with an emphasis on e-learning tools. This individual must be highly organized, positive, and able to communicate to all levels.
The right candidate will want to organize training and development programs for the Company, including advising and educating managers on training initiatives; and, creatively utilizing sources for the construction of web-based training programs. The Learning Design Specialist will assist the Training and Development Manager in assessing company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives; identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees; and, actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance. In addition, this position will develop, implement, and maintain electronic tracking of employee certification processes.
