LOST: Big fluffy yellow cat (Bucknell Manor, south of Alexandria city)

Our 11-year-old pet cat has vanished. The last time we saw him was when we let him out in our back yard Tuesday evening. He's never been able to escape over the fence before, but we can't figure out what could have happened to him.
Leo is a domestic longhair, with very bushy yellow fur. He's a very big cat -- about 13 pounds, but his fur makes him look even bigger. His belly was recently shaved for an ultrasound.
My wife is beside herself. Please help us find our boy. He's like a child to us. Yes, we'll offer a reward.
We live just off Route 1, at the corner of Cavalier and Yale, in the Bucknell Manor area, right beside West Potomac High.
