An intellectual property law firm, seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant/Paralegal to help us from November 15 to December 31, 2009. Contract term may be expanded.

The hours are 1:00 - 5:00, M-F, but may be expanded. Hours can be flexible.

Duties include:

Answering phones
Preparation of correspondence and other documents
Picking up the mail
Copying/Scanning/Faxing
Filing and File Organization

Skills required:

The ability to stay organized and move from one task to another quickly
Typing – 50 WPM
A willingness to pitch in wherever needed
The ability to work on your own, but know when to ask questions
The ability to communicate and work well with others
