All Star Executive , Inc. is a local marketing and promotional firm in Fairfax. We have been providing our services to Sports Teams, Restaurants, Resorts and Charity clients since 1997.

With new clients and an expanding office, we are in need of 4 manager trainees. These openings are essential to the success of our company, as they are the future leaders of All Star Executive. We offer a comprehensive, very intense Training Program, where qualified individuals will be trained in the following areas:
Marketing
Sales
Account Coordination
Administration/Human Resources
Strategic Planning
Public Speaking
Recruiting
Promotions
Team Management
Public Relations
Development of Marketing Plans
As a manager Trainee, the right candidates will begin learning all of the ground level, day to day operations. They will then master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses, teaching and interviewing, overseeing promotions, and managing a portfolio of established clients. Manager Trainees will also provide daily support to the Training and Campaign Managers. When training is complete, these new managers will run our branch offices.
