Seeking a full time proactive PR Director for our integrative medical practice located in Loudoun County. The ideal candidate should be a communications professional with marketing and public relations experience. Candidate will effectively partner with all departments, including our medical group, wellness center/ medical spa and dermatology office, fulfilling internal marketing, advertising and public relations responsibilities. Job Description:
• Fulfill the marketing, advertising and public relations needs for all aspects of Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc., including The Medical Spa at Nova.
• Create copy for company websites, internal and external marketing programs and feature articles for publications.
• Work as events planner and special Nova liaison to community groups and outsourced public relations firm.
• Work directly with the CEO, Occupational Health Nurse, Creative Director and Spa Managers to direct programs both internally and within the community.
• Fulfill daily public relations tasks, including media monitoring, gaining local media coverage and coordinating sponsorship opportunities.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, public relations or journalism
• Impeccable writing, editing and communication skills.
• Experience creating strategic marketing plans and working with press.
• Experience developing promotional, advertising and/or public relations materials.
• Strong networking and online social media experience.
• Ability to organize and implement business-to-business relationship programs.
• High level customer service and client relations skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with and knowledge of occupational health is a bonus.
