I have more of this specie...approximately 1,150 square feet of BALAU hardwood flooring, tongue & groove all four sides. These planks are UNFINISH & for NAIL DOWN

If you're not familiar with BALAU, visit your search engine and type BALAU or BANGKIRAI.

These are SELECT grade planks NO knots, pitch or defects.

Moisture content is between 6% and 8%.

This specie has a Janka Hardness of 1800's which is much higher than White Oak (1340).

The flooring is suitable for new construction homes or those who'd prefer NO SEAMS between planks or the 'traditional way'.
