EnDyna has an immediate full time opening for an Instructional Systems Designer/Technologist in Arlington, Virginia. EnDyna has a five year contract with a federal administration to develop safety related training courses. Using these courses, over 12000 students – including law enforcement officers and safety inspectors - will be trained nationwide each year.

Instructional Systems Designer/Technologist (ISD/T) will develop complex, diverse instructional systems design projects – in paper-based, web-based and computer-based training formats. Using formal structured ISD method(s), the ISD/T will develop instructionally valid training, testing, and post-training evaluation materials by analyzing user requirements, technical specifications, application features and functions. In addition to course material, the ISD/T will develop presentations and demonstrations.

The ISD/T will work with a team consisting of technical writer/editor, IT specialist, subject matter experts and senior instructional systems designers. Work will be full time on-site at a federal government office in Arlington, Virginia, within walking distance of Metro.

Candidates must have
• Mastery of design tools such as In Design, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Captivate, Breeze, and QuickTime.
• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design
• Minimum five years’ experience as instructional systems designer in designing/developing courses for adults
• Knowledge of course accreditation requirements
• Minimum college GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
• Minimum SAT aptitude test score 1450 out of 1600.
