Founded in 1997, Merritt Group is an innovative, fast-paced communications firm with offices in Reston, VA and San Francisco, CA. We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial and creative person to join our rapidly growing digital and social media practice in our Reston, VA office.
Candidates should have:
*At least 5 years of experience, with at least 2 at an agency, working in a marketing services environment, with a heavy focus on digital and social media project management.
Extensive knowledge of popular social media and networking platforms, creative design processes and technologies; and digital and print advertising.
*The ability to successfully manage digital and social media marketing projects and advertising campaigns working with Merritt Group internal staff, external vendors and client contacts.
*Strong interpersonal communications and client relations skills are critical, along with a proven ability to provide strategic counsel, manage deadlines and bring projects to successful completion within scope and budget
*Background working with clients in the B2B and B2G technology, healthcare, clean technology sectors
*A background in graphic design is especially desirable
