Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager needed for agency serving at-risk populations in Loudoun County. Provide intensive home visiting and case management, plus transportation and translation as necessary. Knowledge of local human services agencies a plus. Experience working with families and children required. Understanding of cultural differences a must. Good writing and organizational skills needed. Training provided.
